Formwork installation auxiliary robots
For lightweight wall formwork and floor platform formwork, maximum load capacity is 200kg. Formwork units laid flat on the ground can be picked up, flipped 90° or 180°, with a maximum lifting height of 5m, enabling installation of wall formwork and floor platform formwork. Easy to operate, the terminal manipulator can rotate, suitable for manipulation at various angles.
Tow trailer and Cargo trailer
Electric tow tractor – 1t deadweight, 4.5kN rated traction, 30km range, 2.03×1.02×1.35m. Equipped with emergency stop, 1.52m turning radius. Speeds: 7.5 km/h (loaded) / 15 km/h (unloaded). Max grade: 6% loaded / 15% unloaded. Quick‑release hitch allows instant uncoupling for fast turnover. Non‑powered trailer – 2 or 4 wheels with universal steering. Capacity 1.5t per unit; sizes 1.5×1.0m or 2.0×1.0m. Solid puncture‑proof tyres. Folding drawbar and quick detachment for easy handling.
